[Dave Renzella]
There are few operations experts in Dave Renzella’s league, and no one can quite run an act like him. After managing several health club chains, restaurants, and a private club and lounge on the East Coast, Dave made the move to San Diego to take the GM reins of Stingaree, one of San Diego’s first genuine nightclubs. After joining the RMD Group, Dave headed his biggest project yet; the opening of FLUXX Nightclub. With years of experience in the service and hospitality industry, managing two of San Diego’s largest and hottest nightclubs, and earning both venues prestigious and national awards, Dave has learned how to not only lead a team with absolute synergy, but also rock the socks off of any guest that enters his terrain.

[Dan Renzella]
Dan is a seasoned businessman who has held senior financial and operational executive and board positions in several businesses, across several high growth and dynamic industries, both public and private, in the US and abroad. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate finance, including capital markets, with his companies having raised in excess of $100 million during his tenures. Financing transactions have included fully marketing public offerings as well as many private equity and debt transactions in the US, Canada and in London. Dan also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, internal controls and corporate governance. His strength and passion is helping start up and early stage companies successfully achieve their long term business and growth objectives by introducing operational, financial and management best practices and discipline while still maintaining an entrepreneurial and creative environment.
Dan is from the Boston area and has a BA in Economics from Brandeis University as well as an MBA from Bentley College.
